“It could be for sure a 5 stars review, but the logistics company you work with (Loomis Express) is just destroying Capital Auto Parts reputation. I already left a negative review for the logistics company at Google. Take a look at their score in Google (about 1.5 stars).”
“Canpar has continuously lied about attempting delivery three times and has wasted a whole week. Canpar never attempted delivery because I was home all week, and now says I must go pick up the tires at the warehouse. I am positive when I go to pick up my tires , they will not be there. Capital Auto was great but they are using a very dishonest shipping company. There is not even a human phone line to call. I will never recommend Capital Auto if use Canpar.”

I was told this every day for over a week before they were finally shipped. Don't trust when it says in stock. And don't trust when they say "They'll be in today" ... They seemed friendly, just not overly straight forward"”
