“I would give 5 stars but I had to pay extra for shipping even though they are advertising free shipping anywhere in Canada. Then the shipping company they used wouldn't even deliver toy house! They said they didn't have time...ridiculous service for a 200 dollar shipping fee!”

Told Kirby to inspect before shipping replacements and the 1st 2 replacements were not inspected. Capitals standard policy must include inspection before sending replacements. One good thing about Capital is they did not give up until the customer got what he paid for. Lots of haste for a customer.”

“Took awhile for an insta k item to be sent and had to call for update. By the time i got an email back my item was on its way. Good prices and financing and good quality tires. Their preferred delivery company was a block from my house and still took all day for some reason to drop it off.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice people. Took a long time to get my tires though unfortunately. Their inventory was not accurate and they did not have the tires I ordered but they did substitute a better tire in its place. Once we got the correct tire decided on the order was somehow not processed and ended up taking nearly 3 weeks to get the tires. I think this was just a fluke and I would use them again as long as I’m not in a hurry to receive my items.”
