And it was quite cold. Are driving experience was booked for 10.30 am and it was gone 11.45 before we got Are names called..”
“I booked for my brother in law as a birthday present to drive 3 mustangs before we got there 2 of the cars were changed and then the 3rd when we got there not what i paid for the worst thing was the cars we wanted were on the circuit i feel ripped off to be honest don't understand it you should get what you pay for”

“Enjoyed the day. Instructors were knowledgeable, supportive & positive. Classic cars were exactly as described & fully functional.
However there were very long waiting times, outside in cold conditions, without any indication as to when your slot was. Long, slow queue for pictures / video at the end - so left without this.
Overall the driving experience was enjoyable but too much hanging around waiting, exposed to the elements”

“Far too many people attending. Long wait times. Instruction was mixed, with one instructor for the Atom making us stay in the same gear all the way around. I had a 5 car package and only drive 4 as could be bothered to wait any longer given you weren’t really given the chance to drive fast. Sometimes felt like stuck in a traffic jam.”

Only thing I do different is to book direct as lots of added extras up to the day and on the day so wouldn’t recommend buy a gift.”
“Do not waste your money or time with Carchase Heroes. It is unlikely that you will manage to drive the car you have booked. You’ll spend hours waiting in a queue just to be herded around. It is NOT a personal or enjoyable experience, simply a very good way of haemorrhaging money as you pay extra for insurance, laps and so it goes on. Do not be enticed by any offers as you will need to at least double or triple what you think you’re going to spend!”
“I would love to be able to leave a review, but as we booked this as a present to me from my fiancé over the phone and was told we would get a conformation email confirming the date and time and never received it! tried calling several times and could not get through! then got an email asking for a review???? so I have missed my fathers day present now and couldn't get through to them to ask when it was or where my conformation email was!!!!!!!!”
“Polite staff on the booking line. Have me the best deals for a returning customer. On track day staff were polite and friendly ensuring my son was safe in all his cars yet had fun. He wants to come back next year for the 3rd time 🙂”
“Very Disappointed on the day, the was too many people and not enough time to do all the item on my experience, when I finished doing my 4 driving on the day it was late and cold I did not have time to get my photographs as the was a big Q.
further to driving experience the track was small and surface was not good too many people on the track at one time plus there was somebody driving the atom car UNSAFE and not thinking of other users, this should've been on a difference track, not a day to remember will not recommend it two anybody.

“Terrible, avoid being taken in by the promise of a great day. Don’t waste your money or time, queues are excessive as are the requests for money to cover the accident waiver, extra laps etc.
You probably won’t get to drive the car you’ve booked either because it’s not working or as with the F1 Vantage, which it’s not, just a wrapped car to
‘Look like’ the F1 Vantage and don’t expect a refund!
Avoid at all costs!”
“I was really unhappy, there was no pleads to sit down or even to get a bit worn. The waiting list … no comment. When I try to call them it was taking me one week till finely somebody answer, for email no one even txt me back”
“Waited to get in to the venue for over an hour, then they got 34.00 off me 29 insurance and £5 for my daughter to be in the truck. I then had to wait another 45 minutes.
I did enjoy driving the truck. When I had finished the instructor had no pen to write down any comments or my score.
It was given to me form my daughter as a present, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”
