Poor customer service no facilities to keep out the rain, cars badly maintained do not pay the rip-off price for the photos as it is the same photo just copied several times and not different Photos as they make you believe would definitely not use these again it was not a fun experience

Paid for a photo for my son. The girl said the photo will be emailed that day. It's been a week and my son keeps asking for his photo. I have phoned many times, and nobody ever answers the phone. I have emailed and and have heard nothing back. Really bad customer service. Not going to let them take 10pounds for free, it's the principle, and for my son's first driving experience.

Customer service wasn’t very good felt you were just herded through like cattle young children driving on the track the same time couldn’t really drive like other places I’ve been no safety briefing instructors however were good

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF USING A BUY A GIFT VOUCHER. We had our experience booked and then 2 days prior it was cancelled due to the car failing its safety checks. The company will now not re-book us as the voucher will be 'out of date'. Absolutely not our fault that the car failed its safety checks but we have to miss out. Customer service is absolutely disgusting.

They absolutely are - so be warned! You will not get any reasonable level of customer service and you literally cannot contact them if you have any problems from 5.

Terrible customer service as the only cars available we had to pay more for! We decided to give them benefit of the doubt and re book (which we couldn’t do on the day) had to ring the office which actually took me day’s to get through.

otherwise I'd have not enjoyed the driving at all!! Great laps in 3x aston martins, i got really good scores and good instruction but poor customer service / media package.
