The Mercedes GTR AMG was not running despite it being pre-booked. No call or other communication to tell us, it was a case of drive 100 miles only to be told then. The replacement was good, but not the merc. I booked 2 drives for 6 miles each. The first was only 3 miles although Hallie on reception was amazing. Car Chase Heroes, count yourselves lucky you gave someone who sorted the matter out extremely efficiently. Well done Hallie. The second drive was good, despite the problem my wife loved it. The final side given by a track driver was good but it was not in the BMW we booked.

Was told the Optimus prime lorry that was booked wasn’t available so had a car transporter, the driving instructor was really good, but I wasn’t offered an alternative day to get the vehicle that was booked, lots of standing around, and had to pay to park, this should have been included. I was told 3 times the time of my experience had changed. I wouldn’t purchase this as a gift also had to pay for insurance of another £30.00

Well upon arrival get changed 2 pounds to park on a airfield in Perranporth !! Surely that should be included in the extreme cost drove a Doms Charger as one of the three cars Well it shouldn't be allowed to be driven at all drivers door didn't shut right stank of fumes shocking wouldn't want it as a gift let alone get charged to drive the crate, one of the people on the microphone she was very rude to people just a total sham really no great speed available as so many cars on the bumpy track small course hearded like cattle some nice cars though but in whole wouldn't do the Perranporth one again unfortunately

Had to pay xtra £2 for parking, weather was filthy managed to park fairly close but got soaked, a lot of waiting around, husband enjoyed his first drive, waited over an hour for second drive only to realise everything was being packed up with 0 announcements, generic email could have been sent as lots of people were sat in their cars, will we get another chance to do the second drive? or a partial refund? I doubt it. Husband said car was lovely, and instructor was friendly. Communication needs improvement, didn’t see video of drive as all got packed away. Hopefully we’ll get an email with an apology, I know weather is beyond control but would still like an update.

Day was at an airfield near Ipswich. Parking was good , plenty of spaces. Directions rather vague on site , many customers including me not quite sure where to go. No signage that I saw saying where the toilets were located. Very limited catering facilities considering the very large number of people there . Paid extra for an escorted lap that I never got . One chosen car unavailable , replacement was a very modern Mustang , hardly a classic . Main complaint is just how short each lap was , not laps of the main track but a short side arm . Disappointed customer.

I had a great day however there was a couple members of staff that told me to be in one queue and then after waiting 25mins in the queue to be told I was in the wrong queue. So me point is why isn’t there more signage to you where you need to be. But overall the staff were friendly. Improvement needed ***

Lots of queues and sitting about without any shelter from the elements. Once on the track in the main good experience but frustraited by slow traffic. Not everyone driving had Road licences so litte or no driving experience.

Father’s Day gift, Ariel Atom and Westfield. Don’t believe I did 3 miles in each as track very short. Didn’t actually feel settled/comfortable driving until after a couple of laps and then it was all over too soon. Really enjoyed the Westfield and the Fast Lap as passenger. Staff very helpful. Didn’t think value for money and had to wait 2 weeks for photographs to get sent out. Fulfilled my wish to drive a Westfield though. Would certainly consider drive again but at a larger circuit other than 3 Sisters which would be good in a go cart or mini bike.

Enjoyed the day. Instructors were knowledgeable, supportive & positive. Classic cars were exactly as described & fully functional. However there were very long waiting times, outside in cold conditions, without any indication as to when your slot was. Long, slow queue for pictures / video at the end - so left without this. Overall the driving experience was enjoyable but too much hanging around waiting, exposed to the elements

Very cold, waited far too long. Two many cars on track at same time. Unable to drive the car I had booked. Won’t being going there again.

Time slot booked was for 2.30pm but didn’t get into a car until nearly 5pm, by which point it was dark outside (no lighting on the track) weather forecast was rain but no gazebos for people to wait in, just rows of chairs sat in the pouring rain getting soaked. Just felt poorly organised and not worth the £200 I paid for me and my mate. Enjoyed the cars themselves but wouldn’t use or recommend this company again.

Booked the 5 car package for my son who's 11 and has driven before. He did enjoy it but that was down to me pushing for him to go on the adult track. It was at 3 Sisters Race track which I appreciate is small however its pointless paying £300+ to drive super cars round a tiny track where you barely break 30mph....you could do that in a Fiat 500! The adult track he enjoyed which was mainly down to a good instructor who then wrote down on his form that he should continue on the big track....if he'd driven all 5 cars on the small oval track it would have been a complete waste of time and money!

This was a gift, all bought and paid for by kind friends, so it was a disappointment to have to pay an extra £25 to drive, just because I didn't have a credit card to hand with £5k on. The need for the £5k was not on the short "things you need to bring" list, but apparently not bringing it was my own fault as it was clearly laid out in the full terms and conditions 🙄 I was given the choice to either pay £25 on the spot, or return another time with my card but pay a £30 admin fee. Felt like a scam to me. The phrase "you'll be charged £5k for any damage to the car, even if it's a small bump or someone else's fault, if you don't pay the £25 extra" added to the scamminess. Fortunately driving cars is always fun, so the day was still a good one. I didn't get to drive the cars I actually booked, which was a shame, but I found some alternatives without a queue. I think I was lucky that I didn't have to wait as long as some who have written reviews here. My 12 laps were done in 2.5 hours. I'll drive at Three Sisters again and suggest others do too, but advise to avoid Car Chase Heros.

Recent morning at Aldershot. Enjoyed drive experience and thought staff and instructors helpful, despite chaotic appearance at times in organising rides. Received email of expected arrival time and time of 1st drive. This was not quite the experience, as had to queue to register ( although pre booked). Did not know what to expect, but would comment that track length a bit limited and sometimes too many vehicles on the circuit at the same time.

We had an unnecessary wait of an extra one & a half hours as the chap who registered me hadn’t put me on the system! I queried why my name hadn’t been called when I started to hear other names called a second time! The driving experience itself was good & the instructors were knowledgeable. It is quite a long day though.

Spent half a day at blyton park track easy access to venue watch out for craters in the entry road to the track in need of repair easy entry set up booking in etc waiting times not too bad and you won’t miss your drive always calling out the names of the drivers for your next experience down side some of the cars are complete nail’s and they ask you for card details on entry for five thousand damage waiver if insurance not taken found this to be a joke as they tell you you’re responsible for chipping paint work windscreen and wheels as for a coming together on track there’s a lunatic in a bmw who get’s right of way and can he drive bloody can he and then there’s kids driving and I mean kids not teenagers surely they should be out on track on a special day kids only 🤷🏻‍♂️Or in school fine coming for that parent. Right as for the track not big enough if you want a day to remember get to silverstone as you get on track first straight not long enough before wiggly bit watch the kerbs next bit into third take bend in third if want in fact it’s a second and third gear track possibly up into fourth just no where to feel how quick some of those cars are so get out with crazy guy in the bmw 😂 usually in your package everything else is extra even on the day extra lap £20 two laps £30 upgrade on your car starting £10 up to as much as £40 was it worth it depends if it’s a nail and you won’t know until your in it good luck with that one.
