“Very easy set up & great peace of mind”

“Problems with delivery of the equipment. It was left on the doorstep the day before arranged, and not delivered to the neighbour as arranged if noone was in. So far it has worked well when it has been "tripped" accidentally. All dealings with staff have been polite,good natured and efficient. Andy Johnson, brother”

“Chances are that I am like a lot of people who have never used this type of service before so it was a bit daunting to hear Mother say she thought it time to get an alarm. But I didn't need to worry - every step of the way was easy to navigate. Even when Mother said she didn't want to wrist alarm that was sent but a pendant! Jenny was able to quickly send out a replacement which arrived next day. And the testing of the alarm was so reassuringly professional and friendly.”

“I have only recently received my GPS unit, so early days. But I have used a Careline home unit from Waverley BC for the last 10+ years and received good service; but thankfully never needed to use it in an emergency.”

“Well it's very early days and I've not had to use Set up easy, testing staff very nice..I sincerly hope that I won't have to use!!😂 Should like another neck cord..gets grubby”

“Excellent product. I have accidentally set the alarm off a couple of times and the response has been instant and the staff on the line amazing and very fast ( I’ve had to apologise but they don’t mind ) I feel safe living alone quite isolated in tha assurance that help is only a press of the button away . Would definitely recommend this product”

“The service didn't live up to the statements on the website. It took on average over 5 mins for someone to respond. The GO pendant failed to work at all and after 2 days of trying, I decided to return the items. It took ages for the return postage bag to arrive. All in all my experience was of a very substandard service. I have swapped to a different service and every response so far has been sub 45 secs, which is a big improvement, and more the level of service these alarms should provide”

“The equipment arrived by post very quickly Set up was simple but I was confused about the lack of a base station Instruction should be clearer that this is no longer required Two tests were answered very quickly and the absence of the base unit explained Confirmation of Direct Debits received quickly”

“Just purchased the GPS with fall detector for my mum. Excellent customer service. Very prompt replies to phone calls with sympathetic customer service folk who inspire confidence. The test runs suggest that prompt help would be summoned if the alarm was ever activated. The alarm cane without instructions for set up etc but hopefully these are now being sent out.”

“Very efficient service - contacted them as wanted a SIM-based unit for my Mum - very helpful service over the phone to set up and arrived the next day - filled out the contact details online then literally plugged into the wall and popped the watch on Mum's wrist and we were good to go !! The test call was answered quickly and efficiently and have no worries now when Mum is on her own.”
