“Really good ☎️ phoned me when my dog 🐕 knocked the power off plug. Well worth the money knowing someone is there my sons down South feel easier as I’m in North Wales”

“This personal alarm was purchased for my daughter who lives alone and suffers from epilepsy. Reports from her are very satisfactory with all test calls answered promptly. Fortunately there has been no need to use the alarm in angers but I am sure it would produce the same response”

“My mum had a Careline years ago so I already knew the name when I was researching the best falls alarm for another relative. I found them to be easy to get hold of by phone, friendly and patient, never pushy and competitively priced. They even helped on a Saturday when I was trying to set up the device over the phone to my reluctant, technically challenged relative 200 miles away! When he eventually tested it he said what a lovely lady she was (I heard some of the conversation, she was, very caring) which I'm sure helped put his mind at rest. Just got to get him to wear it now!”

You are more than welcome to hold onto the system for the remainder of the term or alternatively the alarm can be taken over by another family member or friend. “Careline365 is fantastic, I am BBC quite badly disabled and suffer from multiple medical conditions and having the Careline365 is a life saver for me as if I need it I just press button and can talk to someone on other end and the service they provide when talking to them are fantastic They simply are excellent and I would very highly recommend Careline365 to anyone”

“Got a bit of a fright when I saw the contents of my Careline365 wires plugs alarm & safe box - the reading material & form to fill in - I thought I’d never be able to set this all up - BUT to my surprise with a little help from friends it was straight forward step by step guide - if I can do it anyone can - Careline have been extremely helpful as form seemed to take ages to eventually finish as everything needs to be set up & alarm tested before u can submit form Thank you careline365”

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for getting in touch. I am very sorry to hear of your fall and hope you are recovering well. I am very sorry to hear of the delays you experienced with the Ambulance service. I can confirm that when the alarm was activated, we immediately contacted your contact list and the emergency services. I can see that one of your emergency contacts was able to visit you within an hour and they then updated us with the details surrounding the fall. Unfortunately, we are unable to control Ambulance waiting times. Upon receipt of your call we did immediately call help for you but if the Ambulance service is particularly busy there may be long waits. “Great quick service received the wrist monitor and equipment within 24 hrs of ordering and it was all set up on the same day. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. After three falls in one week I feel more reassured about my fathers safety now as I know if something happens someone will be called and he will get attention swiftly.”
