New user but so far very impressed. Can't wait however for the wristwatch version to arrive. It would probably prevent the accidental calls that I am prone to make.

I’m sorry to say but my experience with care line 365 has not been a good one. I was told by the sales person that the pendant was discreet and it wasn’t, it was cumbersome and very obvious and also hard to wear. When I called to try to return and refund I was firstly mocked by the first operative, then helped by the second one but wasn’t allowed a full refund! The whole experience left a very horrible impression on me and my family.

Our first fob had a faulty SIM card so we had calls from rogue companies. However after a couple of calls we have received our new one and all is well.

Unfortunately my Mother has had issues with her wrist pendant since installation. She has had a few false alarms just by moving her wrist. Another false alarm she was asked to remove batteries from base station, turn on & off all very consider a 84 year old. Luckily at the time she also had someone with her who was able to assist. But the latest failure,since recalibrating she fell over & the alarm didn’t even trigger. She is now unwilling to wear it & feels it was a waste of money.

Very happy with careline, just a couple of small things, the system seems quite sensitive to going off, hopefully it will settle down in time as new, also the watch strap could be made stronger as the strap is held on with pins, the pin popped out luckily we didn't lose it, but if you do you cannot wear the watch, but other than this very happy thankyou careline.

It gives me peace of mind as I live on my own. No family near me. I have set the alarm off by mistake and the operators are so lovely. Nothing is too much trouble.

Very helpful company. Works brilliantly. Recovering from a stroke, my Dad fell over at the weekend (luckily he was unhurt) and it triggered the response from Careline immediately, so have seen it in action and feel very reassured.

Everyone I have spoken too has been so helpful, professional and understanding. I have inadvertently activated the alarm on three occasions and must say I am so impressed with the rapid response. My only criticism is the black neck band which looks very ugly especially when wearing summer clothes. I feel confident that should there ever be an emergency, I know I am in good hands. Only criticism is the price increase is substantial and you now have set it up yourself as my previous unit a had for my mother someone came to install it.But otherwise very pleased with service. Friendly staff very helpful on the phone.

My call was answered quickly and Drew, the call handler, was very helpful. He told me I can contact them at any time. The equipment came the next day and was easily installed by my son-in-law. It gives me peace of mind.
