“It is wonderful to have an alarm including falls detection that does not need either a landline or a mobile phone and that I can use when away from my house. The response from the call centre and the office is always very rapid and very polite. The location detection is extremely accurate. There was a fault in the first unit I received, but it was replaced within a day. The only minor drawback is that the unit is a bit too bulky to be wearable on the wrist.”

“When first enquiring about careline I had a very informative conversation with customer services - I managed to convince my mother in law into having an appliance. The ordering , receiving and setting up of the device and online care sheet was as quick and easy as they promised! Very satisfied”

“We are writing this on behalf of my Mum. We persuaded her to use Careline as she lives alone and it gives not only her but us some level of peace of mind to know that she can summon help quickly should she need to. The service has been outstanding, from our enquiry right up to delivery and set up. It is early days yet but we are sure that in time we will give Careline 365 five stars. Thank you.”
