“The pendant/bracelet arrived within 24hrs. Very easy to use and gives much needed reassurance to my elderly mother. Hopefully it will be easy to transfer everything to the sheltered accommodation careline system when it comes up for renewal shortly.”

“I ordered the careline originally for my mum whom within 3 weeks had died. They allowed me to change the remaining time to my mother in law and upgraded it to GPS system for no extra charge. Very Impressed Thank You”

“I am Pauline's friend and this is my email address as she doesn't have the Internet. She is very happy with the service but was upset when she received a phone call asking for £55 to come out and connect the box when she thought she had already paid the setup fee in the original contract, she found this misleading. I cancelled this for her and was able to set it up myself.”
