“Very helpful people for measurements but went to collect the next day and the carpet and underlay was put at my partners feet !.. so he stuggled to pick the carpet up by himself with no plastic covering on or no cardboard tube inside which meant it flopped over his shoulder, not a helping hand was offered to help him carry outside in the rain and to put on the back of the van... very very disappointed 😞”
