Carpet Barn don't answer emails, when I called in the shop I was told to come back as the manager was not in today. I requested a call back which was promised but never came. One of the sales people told me that their installers are considered 'private contractors' and there is nothing they can do. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. I wish I'd gone to Shaw's!!"
