“It is not working in my printer. Message saying, cartridge not inserted properly, please re-insert. After 6 or 7 more attempts, the same message appears each time. It appears to me that this cartridge is incompatible with my printer.”

Hello Richard, Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry that the cartridge isn't working for you. Please could you contact me on customerservice@cartidgeworld.co.uk with a photo of the error message that is on the screen and your printer model and I can have a look for you. Can I just double check that you have removed the protective tape from the cartridge as otherwise it will not print. If we can't get it to work I will get a replacement shipped to you. Hello, Thank you so much for your 5 star review, We are so happy to hear that you would use us again. In regards to the DPD delivery, I can only apologise if this wasn't to a high standard. Unfortunately we don't have control of the of the standards once it leaves our warehouse, however we know its frustrating when your order takes longer than expected. I see that you placed you order on Friday and it was with you the next working day, due to the bank holiday weekend.
