“Usually very good but this time I was sent the wrong printer cartridge. Very similar but not the right number Myself or my son could not fit it. My printer is a Canon TS3150 and l wanted a black cartridge”

Hello Robert Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into your order I can see you ordered the original Canon PG-540 ink cartridge which is the incorrect cartridge for your TS3150 inkjet printer. You require the PG545 Black cartridge as listed on our website. https://www.cartridgeworld.co.uk/pixma-ts3150/ Unfortunately as it has been opened and you have tried to install it we are unable to accept the return on this occasion. “Excellent and prompt delivery. Cartdrige works perfectly well, a Canon compatable cartridge....and so much cheaper than the original. No complaints what so ever - just one wish though - that they would send a freepost envople for me to send back the old cartridge for recycling. As a company they would really stand out from the crowd if they would do this.”

Hello Sue Thank you for your feedback. Please can you confirm your printer model to customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk and we will provide a reset method for your printer. It sounds like the page counter has not reset and after installing it is still asking you to replace the toner.
