“Ordered and paid for 3 items on line and wanted another item so phoned Cayrus and asked to add to delivery if possible. Cayrus said pay on line for extra item and we will look out for your name and add to delivery. Notified by email of delivery date and time. Delivered with all 4 items. Thank you.”

“Very helpful on phone for info, placed order on the website arrived next day, was slightly damaged ( down to the courier ) contacted them and sent pictures they refunded full postage cost and I had enough material to finish the job great comma and very very helpful more than 5 stars”

“My first order did not arrive from the courier used by Cayrus. So i contacted Cayrusl to tell them the problem. Customer service immediately got back to me. They got in touch with the courier, who confirmed they had no idea where my package was. Megan from Cayrus, then phoned me to say a replacement order would be with me the next day, which it was. The original problem was not the fault of Cayrus, but the customer service was first class.”
