“I used to walk by a store that carried so many cool Halloween items and always wondered where they got them. I also never bought anything because they were priced so high. Lo and behold much of what they carried was from Traditions and they upped the prices to a point I couldn't afford anything. But guess what, I now buy from Traditions and have done so for over 3 years. Traditions products are unique, amazing and priced so well that I have quite the collection and everything I have is a work of art! I am so happy I found Traditions! My favorite holiday is Halloween and my favorite store is Traditions!”

“I love shopping with Traditions. Found this website last year when I decided to start collecting vintage ornaments. I've searched many websites and "Traditions" so far has the best collection and the best prices. I also love the fact that they restock and update their inventory with new items often. Not to mention they have an amazing customer service. But the best part is their products, I've been buying their Shiny Bright collection sets and every time I've received my shipment, the quantity is just beyond words. Beautiful!”

You touch on one of our favorite things and frankly a huge reason we opened our store....we love anything vintage, but especially vintage ornaments! Your complimentary words, Marzena make us so proud and happy. We have been in business almost 30 years and it means a lot when customers that just recently found us feel that we are still connected to our customers and our products.........and we are! “The ornaments came without incident. When I was ordering them I was not happy in that when I applied my coupon discount the shipping went up. I tried several times and every time I tried coupon shipping went up. Was not impressed.”

Hi Cheryl, So sorry to hear you had trouble with the coupon! Our shipping rates are directly from the carriers. Aside from the free shipping coupon, the shipping rates are not affected by, or tied to the discounts in any way. We just tried placing several test orders with your cart details and were not able to replicate what you experienced. We would be happy to apply the discount retroactively if you email us the coupon code you were trying to use. Thanks again for shopping with us & happy holidays!

“Not happy at all with my purchase! Would have LOVED it if it worked, but the light doesn’t work and it’s non-replaceable. And you’re out of stock so i’m unable to get a new one. Your company is fine, I have no complaints about the service, I’m just horribly disappointed with how it turned out. I have not heard back yet after filing out the response form I was asked to fill out, after I notified the company of the situation.”
