“So far I'm enjoying shopping with Traditions. Loving all their well-stocked products. I've only bought one box of ornaments from then so far, but my experience with them has been pleasant. Shipping was fast. The product came well-wrapped. I can't wait to see these on my tree next year. I will be ordering more products from this company.”

“Once again I've gifted "I Believe" for the fifth time... this time to someone who is quite ill and she said it gives her strength and courage at this difficult time. I hope you will always carry this item. The two Valentine's items "Blanche's Kiss" and "Prince Valentine" were so happily received last week by parents of two little ones. I did communicate with Traditions regarding Blanche's pink skirt which appears to have dirt or unremovable dust. Debi kindly checked all of the same items in stock and they all appeared to have that same "dirt on the skirt." I decided not to return it and I'm glad I didn't. It brought such happiness and where this little figure is now displayed the dirt is hardly visible. Thanks once again for your great prompt shipping and wonderful customer service.”

“The item I ordered was colored a little differently can it appeared in photo. I initially thought about returning and when I called to start the process everyone was very helpful. I subsequently decided to keep the items. Great company, I will order again.”

“I loved all the choices of Old world ornaments. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I am,however, disappointed that none of the ornaments were in the original Old World boxes. As a serious collector, I find that quite dismaying.”

Hi Roger, We're happy to hear that you are happy with the selection! Old World Christmas does NOT provide boxes for their ornaments. We ship out the ornaments we have on hand as they are sent to us. Old World Christmas ships ornaments in boxes of 6-24 ornaments per box (wrapped in tissue). “This was a new company for me so I placed my order with some hesitation. The items ordered were ALL beautiful, crafted well, unique, clever, priced right and packed and shipped professionally! “First time ordering and was very impressed from start to finish with ordering to items received! Website is easy to use, and has a great variety for each holiday/seasonal decor. Very happy with my items but what really stood out is how carefully the items were packed and verified by two people for accuracy and the postcard inside that was signed by the two employees. It is the little things with attention to detail that impressed me, just like the items they sell. Will come back for more greatness!!!”
