Nancy, we shipped ground because that is what you requested, we are sorry it didn't arrive until after Christmas. We also packed and shipped your order just 1.5 hours after you placed it. We are very speedy, but still at the mercy of the shipping companies that have their own schedules.

“I ordered the Animal scene and the Snowman scene. The animal scene does not blow the glitter around nearly as much in comparison. I'm a bit disappointed considering what the lantern should actually do.”

“First time ordering from Traditions, found the website while searching for ballerina dolls to add to my 2023 Christmas tree decorations. I am very pleased with the timely manner in fulfilling and shipping my order and extra happy because the items are Kurt Adler brand which I am adding to my collection of Kurt Adler Christmas decorations many of which were purchased years ago and were manufactured in the USA. All the items arrived in very good condition, indicative of the care that the staff at Traditions took when packing the order.”
