“So, I was confused on what to rate my experience. I love traditions the company. I received a broken ornament. It was corrected immediately, great service! One of the other things I ordered, was a set of Shiny Bright ornaments. I was so disappointed. These ornaments were stickered, not handpainted. Certainly not the quality I would expect from Traditions. Nothing in the description indicated that these were not painted ornaments. Not only am I disappointed, it makes me question buying anything else.”
