“This small, family owned busniess is amazing. I ordered a hard to find ornament that came beautifully wrapped but unfortunately had broken in the box, they were quick to respond to my question about a replacement and took care of the issue. I definatelly will order from them again as I have found many wonderful things on their website that like.”

“I love shopping at the Traditions website and have made many purchases over the years. Out of all items I have purchased over the years, only 1 was damaged in transit (my most recent purchase) and Traditions made it right very quickly. I love looking at their website and all the items they sell. I would recommend this company.”

“Ordered last minute after my amazon order didn’t go through for some odd reason. I was totally bummed thinking it wouldn’t be delivered before Christmas. “I’m very happy with the Santa Belsnickle, he’s very beautiful! He’s just what I expected and I I’ll enjoy him hopefully for many Christmas’s to come. My only little tiny complaint is the shipping seemed very slow. I ordered him on the 20th of December but didn’t receive him until 1/02/25. I work in shipping and receiving and I don’t get why it took this long. Had I known this when I placed the order, I would’ve paid extra to have him arrive by the 31st. At least that way I could have enjoyed him for at least a couple days. But now I’ve got to pack him away, but I’m looking forward to enjoying him next Christmas! Thank you Traditions, I’ve been ordering from you all for the last 10 years or so and your products never disappoint!”
