“If you are looking for nicely made but UNUSUAL holiday ornaments, Traditions is THE best place. Its also the place for the most beautiful standard or vintage ornaments for EVERY holiday. I can't not imagine a more complete selection. Where else can you find a great looking vintage spooky Halloween pumpkin, an interesting looking Krampus AND an ornament made to look like a syringe of botox? This is a great assortment that leaves out NOTHING.”

Wow, Merrill! That is such a thoughtful review. You summed up exactly what we like to do here at Traditions! It is important to us to have a comprehensive collection for each category of decor or ornaments that we feature in our store or online. We make it a goal and don't stop until we find a new selection for each year...so, after almost 30 years in business, we have amassed quite a collection of things to offer our customers. Marie, we agree with you that the moon ornament is so great! We are so sorry that you were not happy with the Owl & Cat Dummy board, as we told you when you reached out to us, we do take our own pictures and the picture on our site does look just like the product. We checked all of that style that we had in stock and there is a slight pixelation, but they are vintage images and manufactured by Bethany Lowe, not our store, so we don't have control over their production. Let us know if you changed you mind and don't want to keep it, just reach out to us, we are always here and willing to help our customers have a happy shopping experience with us!

Hi Cynthia, we understand your frustration! We are a small family business and doing our best to keep shipping costs down, but boy since the pandemic they have really escalated! We do charge just what our shippers charge us and often we lose money on shipping. Please reach out to us in the future, there might be ways we can get your ship cost lowered if you think it is too high! We are more than willing to listen and help!

“Traditions has an amazing variety of items to choose from, for all seasons! Items are always packed with care. In my most recent order, we were expecting heavy downpours for a few days in a row, and I requested items to be wrapped in plastic so if the delivery was left during one of those days, they wouldn’t get damaged from the rain. Everything was packaged with care and survived the rain. 💕”
