“The actual merchandise I purchased is fantastic, good quality, a 5 star. Shipping time was better than promised.. also a 5. I would not hesitate to purchase other items from Traditions, except for the packing materials used. At least in my state there is no way to recycle styrofoam casings and those packing peanuts so they will end up in the landfill. So as much as I might want to be a repeat customer, this is a deal breaker until and if Traditions can update the packing materials they use.”

Cindy, we use recycled boxes, paper and tissue to stuff our boxes to protect items we are shipping. If we have to use packing peanuts, we only buy packing peanuts that are made out of cornstarch. You can literally eat them! They are 100% recyclable. We are and have been committed to helping preserve our environment for over 28 years. Our local customers even bring us their boxes and packing materials and we help reuse them.

“I’ve bought many decorations from Traditions. This was my first time having it mailed to my home as I was out of town. It was a limited quantity item and I wanted to be sure to get one. It was packaged with care and delivered promptly.”

You placed your order on January 29th it was shipped to you on January 30th and delivered to you as you can see below on February 2nd at 4:02pm by the USPS at your mailbox. “Lately, I’ve enjoyed using trees for my seasonal decor at home. I originally wanted a taller bottle brush tree made like these three but with the traditional candy message hearts on it as well but it was sold out. Those hearts clearly identified the tree as for Valentine’s Day. These three are beautifully made, glittery and very festive but without the hearts, they look more like Christmas. The color of the balls helps the Valentines feel and, with almost no trees representing Valentines Day, I’m happy to have these to add to my mantle display. Everything I buy at Christmas Traditions is a hit. I’m thrilled I discovered them on line!”

“I was pleased with everything but one glass star burst ornament. The paint had rubbed off and a lot of black was showing when the colors should have been pink and silver. I called complaining and was told that I would received a refund of 13.59. So far, I have received nothing and that request was made 1.5 wks ago.”

We did issue a refund to you for that one ornament on the 26th of January, and our support department is going to send you over a receipt right away, so you can see that it was done. Unfortunately, we don't have control over when banks post credits to our customer's accounts. We appreciate you shopping with us.
