“This purchase and delivery were quite refreshing. I loved that this is a family operation with product and customer service where they truly care. Right down to the individually bubble-wrapped bulbs and the signed postcard by multiple employees expressing gratitude for the purchase. Yes, I will always seek them out first when searching for holiday decor. Very pleased.”

Marc......coming into work, printing all of the orders for the day and then getting them ready for my team to pull and pack so that we can ship out immediately, is how I start my day, 6 days a week. But for some reason I decided to look at the Reviews platform this morning and yours was the first I read. As the owner, I must tell you, your very kind review made my day and I determined then and there to read your review to everyone when they came into the Traditions warehouse. You put an extra spring in our step today.......we truly appreciate it. We try to treat all of our customers like family, I am glad that shows!
