“This new Promaster Tough is a practical, everyday timepiece. The green dial is subtle and elegant. I have a slim 16cm wrist, I removed 4 links and it fits perfectly, and is well proportioned. The Eco-drive is tried and tested; I anticipate years of trouble-free service. I've only had the watch for a couple of weeks, but from the moment I put it on, it has been extremely comfortable, and I forget that I'm wearing it. It's a delight to own, and I highly recommend it.”

“My first citizen eco drive was bought in I think 2000 (no. 700186): when it went wrong after 23 years of impeccable service, I decided to buy this replacement 252050026 because I had been so pleased with my first one. In due course I discovered that there was nothing wrong with the old one: after a long dark winter, it just needed recharging! So now I have 2 lovely Citizen watches both going well. My only criticism is that the new one is a bit chunky compared with my first one.”

“I like the watch a lot and the eco-drive system is excellent. My only criticism is that the strap is too short. I do not have very large wrists and I still find that the strap is a cm. too short. That aside a very nice elegant watch.”

We apologise that the watch winder appeared jammed and that you had to send it back. The winders on our dive watches are stiff to ensure the watch is airtight. Upon receipt of your watch our technicians tested the winder and confirmed that it is within watch specification - and your refund was prompty processed. Thank you again for your time and feedback.

“It's already been Benidorm and Gran Canaria. Will be going corfu soon. Fantastic watch. Charged by the sun. My wife also uses it, so it's unisex. Was love at first site. Still love it. Been swimming in pools, no problem. 10outa 10😁😁😁”
