“After hving a really rough time through COVID, my company which was registered to my house had a lot of debt with HMRC, and they were showing up at my door. I was going to sell the company to a friend of mine, but Jays solution is a lot more formal and legally binding, they really don’t mind taking on the creditors.”

“I was in a difficult situation, an online search led me to Clear Company Rescue, the first call was from Jay who was polite and helpful. Afterward I spoke with an insolvency practitioner who was very expensive in comparison. I was a little concerned as it seemed an unusual path with Clear Company Rescue, but the lawyers reassured me, and the company sale documents look in order. Good service”
