“great quality! was a bit nervous to order from an add I had found on line, but really I have no regrets! I received the parcel, and realized the item wasn't the one I had ordered. I contacted Clevo, and within the day, the proper item was sent, and I received it a week later! I would recommend Clevo! very sturdy, german quality :-)”

“Very good equipment easy to put everything together. Just very unfortunate that you work together with dpd. They did not offer the package at my home address while I stayed home especially for the delivery. Then I suggested to bring it to a parcel shop nearby but the next day they chose another parcel shop on their own initiatives. I called them for the second time on their paying phone number to request the other parcel shop again. They simply did not care at all. So I had to drive myself while this is their job, paid more fuel, parking expenses, carry the package all the way to my car and paid over 5 euro to call them which did not help me at all. I sent my complain to ask for a compensation for all my costs due to their lack of service and still no answer. Please find another tanport service no more dpd.”
