“Recently bought some fabrics for machine embroidery quilting. This is the third time I have bought the same fabrics because they are very good quality; the service and response is excellent. On top of that no postage to pay!”

“Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff. I ordered an extension table for my Opal sewing machine which came within a couple of days. There was a very small scratch on the surface so I called and sent a photo, there was no quibble just a very helpful member of staff who offered a satisfactory solution. My machine came from Coles originally and I would always return to them for my accessories, love the service.”

“As always, the service at Coles was excellent, the advice helpful and the work I needed to my sewing machine was quick and expertly completed and I was very happy with the price. I recently purchased a sewing course, which was easy to book and is great value. My experience in the past of similar courses have always been superb. Excellent facilities, space, friendly atmosphere and definitely looking forward to a few days of sewing heaven with excellent guidance and assistance,”
