“I recieved the testingkits on the agreed day . The kits are very easy to use end register online . The rest of this process is very poor . I had to wait average 3 days before result was sent and 5 days before the result of my 8 th day test was recieved . £165 is too expensive for this product”

“We got 2 x 2 day tests in a "Sale" so the price was £39.00 each which seemed reasonable compared to competitors prices. Was emailed confirmation code which is needed for passenger locater form. Test where delivered just before we got home and came with pre paid priority envelope. All instructions were simple. Sent off on a Sunday and results were emailed on Thursday. So if they continue at sale price then they are one of the cheapest”

“Absolutely atrocious service. Results took 3-4 days to receive back which entirely defeats the purpose of the service. Overpriced scam would be an understatement. Get your tits together.”

“Both my wife and I used confirm for our day 5 early release we ordered 2 at home testing kits but only 1 was delivered we had to telephone them to get the 2nd one delivered. We sent our day 5 testing kits of our isolation using the packaging they supplied, but we did not receive the results until late on day 8 .but at least we got our results but I would NOT recommend this company So not that pleased”

“Excellent service, tests actually arrived before we arrived back home, but DPD delivered the next day (Sunday) with a 1 hour time slot. Tests were easy with good instructions. Results arrived within 2 days.”

“The whole purpose of paying for test to release is so as to leave quarantine early, but you took so long to process my test that it was almost a waste of money. I had to phone twice to find out what had happened to my test and each time was told a completely different story!”
