“I chose Confirm because it was one of the more reasonable costs for Day 2& Day 8. The test kits arrived in good time. I found registering my test and returning the sample extremely straightforward and results were returned within 48 hours even at weekend. Great job!”

“The day 5 day test should be a next day result people are paying extra to be released early so getting the day 5 test result on day 7 is definitely not good enough”

Dear Kieron, We offer next day results for Day 5 if you perform the test in the clinic or drop off your sample. For the postal test, the sample gets to the lab on Day 6 since it is sent using next day delivery, and then requires an hours long testing process, so the earliest results would be sent are late on Day 6 or Day 7. This is all explained on the product page on our website prior to purchase and we also send an email post-purchase to explain the timelines. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“I was apprehensive given the largely negative reviews and feared I may not get my passenger locator form code to travel, and that this provider may be just another one of those providers who've failed to deliver/respond - you'll know what I'm talking about if you've tried frantically searching for test providers only to realize all of them are bad. So, I reached out to a couple of providers to see if any actually cared to respond timely. I decided to take a chance with Confirm Testing as they responded spontaneously, had lines that were manned, and were very helpful along the way. They were kind to make quick arrangements to ensure my kit was delivered before my arrival (and I had the flexibility of changing the courier date), and writing back to ask if I may have any further concerns. My test result came through just two days after I had posted out my sample! I'm absolutely pleased with the service rendered and would use them again for my travels. I know the page is loaded with negative reviews, but I'd still highly recommend trying them.”

“Good communications throughout. The only negative thing was getting say 2 results they arrived on day 6 which I thought was a bit too long to have to wait. Also the courier delivered the tests to a property that was 45 houses away. Thus was not acceptable. I managed to track it down but it was very stressful. The incorrect recipient was an elderly lady who could not have re-delivered.”
