“Dont reply to emails and keep on sending performance reviews after they do nothing, don’t reply to phone calls and leave you 20 minutes on hold then you get hanged up on every time. Not professional and wouldn’t be using them again.”

“It’s so bad it feels like a scam! Good luck to anyone that tries to use this service when travel opens up! Have tried to engage with “customer service” but unfortunately this only exists in the form of standard letters. Save your money.”

“Testing kits arrived on time with clear instructions BUT did not fulfill the promise of 24 hour turnaround of results. I tracked arrival of the delivery to 9am on the Thursday but did not receive the results until Sunday morning - an extra 2 days in isolation!”
