After being let down by a Mail in test I was so happy with the Confirm Testing service. Test at 12pm, results by 7am the next day. Staff were lovely and whole service fast and professional. Thank you so much!

Test kits were delivered on time with good instructions. But I did a Test to release on Friday and only got the result Monday afternoon.

Dear Laurenz, Thank you for your feedback. We always want to ensure a swift service for our customers. Just for context, the delay that happened with your TTR was due to Royal Mail. Your test kit arrived at our lab and was booked in at 17/05/2021 11:11 and the results issued at 17/05/2021 16:20, so the turnaround time on our end was well within the 24 hour turnaround time we state. But we do understand it is frustrating when these results are delayed, so we apologise if this caused any inconvenience on your end. This is also because Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays so that added to their delay. We hope you would consider choosing us again should you require testing in the future. From beginning to end, the whole procedure made a harrowing time in my life far easier. The whole operation went smoothly, with no hitches. For what was done, it was actually good value for money. It was totally cohesive, everything was fully efficient, with no delays or problems. All was clear, and I can say that when or if I undergo this procedure again, I shall use this service. Your test are not amongst the cheapest ones. The entire process went very well. The only hiccup is the fact I did not receive the results of my 2nd test at the right time- I took the test on Sunday and received the results on Tuesday 23.59. Ideally results of the 2nd test would arrive on Monday or Tuesday afternoon, so I could plan my Wednesday to see if I can go to the office or not. On this scenario I have to work from home one more day.

Hello Alen, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you were satisfied with the process. To clarify on your Tuesday results: There are no mail deliveries on Sunday. So when you took your sample on Sunday, it did not get picked up till Monday and would have likely been delivered to the lab on Tuesday morning. This means we issued results on the same day they arrived at the lab, which is earlier than the stated timeline of 24 to 48 hours from arrival to the lab. We aim to issue results as soon as possible, and our lab tries to issue results well before the 24 hour turnaround time dependent on capacity. Thus, there was no real delay, it was just because there is no Royal Mail service on Sunday, but we understand this could have been a little frustrating for you. We hope you are still satisfied with the service overall, and should you need further testing in the future, we hope you'll choose Confirm Testing again. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

A glitch on the website meant I couldn’t register my test kit barcode and the results did not get emailed to me until I had to chase . It should not be this difficult.

Professional website and easy to order tests. Would have liked to also order Test to Release in addition to the 2 and 8 day quarantine kit but this was not available. Clear to follow instructions with the test kits and a quick response with results. Very happy to use again and also recommend Confirm Testing to family/friends in the future.

As last time, it just took too long to get the results compared to the system set up in Belgium. I appreciate that this is the partly the result of using Royal Mail rather than an express courier but as I travel every two weeks on business between the two countries getting the test results ASAP is paramount. I will however continue to use your company as I do not expect others would si much better. It is the system which needs improvement and that is down to the U.K. government.

Dear Christopher, Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you are satisfied with the general service. It is true that there are possible delays due to the Royal Mail system and unfortunately we cannot directly compare it to that in Belgium. Unfortunately not many couriers allow the transport of live samples of COVID-19, and it would make the service prohibitively expensive for a lot of people. Should you choose, you are able to use a courier on your own to return the sample to the lab, using the address on the return label provided. We appreciate your feedback, and do hope we'll be able to serve you again in the future, with hopefully better suited turnaround times for your travel schedule. As well, should you require the Fit to Fly service on your way to Belgium, we do offer an in-person service at our clinic in Heathrow so that you do not have to worry about any Royal Mail delays. Thank you again for choosing Confirm Testing!

The delivery of the test kits are on time as well as the test reports. I recommend to send messages by mobile as well.

Nice service. The response time of Confirm Testing is very fast. I encountered register failure on my Day 8 test, I emailed them and also left my phone number. They called me when they start daily operation. Yet I missed the call, a CS staff reached my via email and fixed the issue.
