I was pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Confirm Testing. My Day 5 test kit arrived in good time and I had a prompt reply to an enquiry. Best of all, my result arrived the next day so I was able to escape quarantine 4 days early. Thank you! I will definitely be recommending Confirm Testing.

Reasonably priced. I ordered the 5 day test to release. The pack explained fully what to do. Dropped into a post box with free 24 hour trace label provided at 4pm and results were back by email by 7pm the next day.

Cheapest I found and extremely efficient. I ordered the day I left my destination and I had it with me on “day 2” which I could send off instantly. I hate this testing nonsense but these were definitely the cheapest and I had no hassle with them at all. Will definitely use again as everything was safe and secure and prompt

Very good all round. Your receptionist was extremely helpful to answer all my questions and your nurse was very pleasant and professional. Thank you The only problem was with Royal Mail taking over 48 hours to deliver my (very important) test to release test at Day 5. As a result i didn't receive the result for my day 5 test until 22;30 on Day 7. That was very disappointing.

Dear Anthony, Sorry to hear you're disappointed. We state clearly on the product page that it is a postal test. The Royal Mail return label is for next day delivery, which means the test doesn't even get to the lab till Day 6 and needs to be tested. The earliest we could deliver results is Day 6 in the evening and Day 7 if delayed. This is all clearly stated on the product page. We are always available to discuss alternatives, and have been, with our customers should they contact us. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Fast postage to me, not simple instructions to follow to take the test, sent it off on Saturday and didn't recieve any results by email or text. Chased up on Friday and told the results were sent on Tuesday, however not in spam folder and recieved confirmation emails all fine, suspect that their system doesn't work as my girlfriend has EXACTLY the same issue. Would use again because of the price but would call up earlier. Use code "WELCOME10CT" to save 10%

Dear Robin, Sorry to hear you are not satisfied, but thank you for wanting to use us again. We try to make our instructions as clear and detailed as possible. I can see your results were sent on time, I'm sorry you were unable to find them and hope we were able to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Unfortunately due to you sharing our code so publicly, we have now had to change it. These code are a bonus for our subscribers and it would be unfair to have them shared so publicly. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

I purchased the day 2 and 8 tests as well as the day 5 test to release test. Both the day 2 and day 5 tests came back “inconclusive” and the day 8 test came back positive. I had no symptoms and was fully vaccinated. I immediately went to NHS to get a PCR test, which confirmed I was negative. So the testing process at Confirm did not work! Wasted money. (btw, I’ve successfully done the home test swab multiple times, so it was not me.)

Dear Kent, Sorry to hear you were not satisfied, but please allow me to explain why you received the results you received. Inconclusive or rejected results can happen for a myriad of reasons, including things like insufficient samples or leaked samples from tubes. As for getting a positive sample and another negative sample following it, we trust our lab wholeheartedly and let me explain why the results may differ. Our lab performs a process called "genomic sequencing" on all positive results. This is a very expensive procedure and is unlikely to be performed by the NHS, which is part of the reason why Day 2 & Day 8 testing is performed by private providers. This is required for all positive samples to identify any variants of COVID-19. The "Ct" values of a sample are tested, and a number over 30 will result in a positive result. The testing from the NHS might be choosing a different threshold. We would never provide a false result and all positive results are sequenced to validate the result. I am sure you are aware that even fully vaccinated people can be infected with the virus. The vaccine is effective for preventing hospitalisation and severe illness, but not preventing you from being infected or carrying the virus. I hope this clarifies what happened in your situation, and we are happy to further clarify should you require this. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing
