“The process to get the swab was easy and transaction smoothly, but I have to say that the swab was sent to my address when I was still out of the country. I had to ask for a delivery of it. I thought that saying the day of my arrival to UK will give you the day of the delivery, but looks like that didn't work like that. Any way, all was fine and test sent in time. Thank you Angels”

“Fab and fast delivery. I ordered a day 2 and 8 kit. I decided to order a day 5 kit separately. My husband got his results quickly to his email for day 2 and day 5 but for some reason I didn’t receive any emails. Customer service said that this can happen but they don’t understand why. The main problem is the customer service. Very pleasant man that answers queries but impossible to get through. After 20 minutes it cuts you off. It seems like they one person answering the phone. I found the experience very stressful.”

“We were impressed with how quickly our tests were processed and results sent out - thank you. However it would make more sense if the testing kits were sent out at the time of ordering rather than 3 days before they need to be done. By definition, three days before the test, people are still abroad, and this creates problems with regards to delivery if nobody is at home. Whilst we were able to ask DPD to leave our package in a 'safe place', this may not be an option for some people.”

“Good price. Easy test. Very clear kit. However: even though you knew my travel dates you still sent the kits when I was away - had to arrange for my brother to house sit to collect the post during the delivery window as I wasn’t here ....... then once home took a long time to get each result (which granted my freedom from isolation!) so was important. If I posted the test 8am day 5 I wouldn’t get my result until late day 7! Poor !! When emailed chasing results I got told they had only received the box and put into the system late on day 6 but my tracking said it was hours and hours before .........”

“Very straightforward to book and the test was waiting on my arrival back to the UK. Recommended two other families on my return who booked aswell. Only criticism is the cost which is far more expensive than the Country I came from(Cyprus) Having said this the price seems to be set across the board…. Who sets these prices when other countries are so much cheaper.”

Dear Amber, I have checked your order and you had not registered either of the barcodes for your children according to the instructions we sent, which is why you did not receive a result. I also checked our system for any emails from you and it appears you replied to the confirmation email which comes from a noreply@ email address. This means it does not enter our system if you reply back to it and we would have only seen it if we search for your email address. This is why you did not receive a response. Please email info@confirmtesting.com with the barcodes of the two tests so we can register them for you and retrieve your results. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing
