Dear Natascha, You sent your sample on 01/07//2021, it was received at the lab on 02/07/2021 12:35, and the result was sent to you on 03/07/2021 02:21. This is all within stated timelines. I also looked through our communication with you and saw two responses from two different agents to you and both were detailed and courteous and in no way stated anything that would cause discomfort. Dear Ali, Sorry to hear the result email was in your spam folder. We do state in the order confirmation email to always check the spam folder. This is because the results are sent through an automated system and this can sometimes trigger the spam filter on some email providers like Yahoo or Hotmail (appears to be fine on Gmail). We have tried to address this in every way we can, but unfortunately cannot control how email providers will flag our emails. We are always happy to resend results if customers have not received them. Thank you for choosing Confirm Testing.

“Very poor I am Still waiting for my day 8 test results I took on Tuesday 29th June, good job I did the test to release so I was able to go back to work! Not with you I might add Which is a good thing”

Dear Paul, Your Day 8 result was sent to you Wednesday 21:03. You are advised to check your spam folder since the results are sent from an automated system and can sometimes trigger the spam filter. “Your day 5 test to release needs to be 5 days not 6 which was the case when I received email, also the post office in my area do not have priority written on then!! Oxford.”

Dear Graham, The Day 5 test is meant to be taken from Day 5. It does not mean results are on Day 5 since this is a postal test with a next day return label. We offer customers the option to drop off their tests at our clinic should they not wish to use the post and want their tests to arrive at the lab the same day. We're unfortunately unable to control whether you have a priority box in your area. All instructions and details about the timeline of the tests are available to the customer on the product page prior to purchasing. Dear Nasir, Your result was sent to you Today 10:02 and then resent to you by a colleague at Today 15:20. The review email is only sent when a result has been rendered so we would not have asked for a review unless you had actually received a result. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“As a live in carer I have been travelling back & forth to the UK since the testing requirements came into force. I have used several different companies over this time, Confirm Testing are now my first choice.
