“Excellent service on both visits, the process was simple and stress free and the ladies where friendly and professional, would use again and recommend to others, results through very quickly. Only feedback is that you send a text message through at 12am/1am which disturbed us being asleep as we weren't expecting it.”

“Warning: do not book a day 5 test if arriving on Monday or Tuesday. I got my day 5 test result at 9:30pm on day 9. Complete waste of time and money. No refunds as a warning is buried somewhere in an FAQ.”

“The testing itself went super easy and they let me make it earlier than the appointment. unfortunately I tried to contact Confirm testing by mail and didn't receive an answer first. then tried it by phone and another adress to push my appointment by one day, but it wasn't easy to make them understand my situation and what I wanted. And I had to book another test because of that.”

I have searched our system and found that you had been emailing the noreply@ email address, which would not have sent the email to our inbox as it automatically closes that ticket.
