“Terrible and confusing. Total waste of time and money, and don’t answer phone when calling for help. The day 2 test is worthless, because you don’t get a result back in time to make it fit for purpose. Dad flew into uk from a green list country, so needed a day 2 test . He was flying out 5 days later, so should have been plenty of time to take test, send to them and for them to send back a result , so that he could use it as the proof of negative result to fly back out . By the day before he was flying out, there was no communication from confirm testing. I had to call and stay on the phone all day and no one answered. Then I emailed, and was told to go to Royal Mail to track the package. This was meant to be a priority 24 package and it still had not arrived after 3 days. Had to pay and extra £250 to get an ultra fast 3 day test the morning of his flight, go into the city of London at 7.00 am and then back home, then rush to the airport . Today I finally got the result back from confirm , which is 6 days after he landed last week. So he left the country without getting a result back from the day 2 test. So what is the point of the day 2 test ?? No one actually cares what his result was, so what is the point of paying £50 to CONFIRM TESTING , when they don’t give a result back in time for it to be useful ??? The only reason you have to pay for a day 2 test, is to get a booking reference , which has to be added to a form which is required to come into the country. The actual test is not relevant. He didn’t even need to do the test and send it to the lab to get analysed, because he was gone before the result arrived. Can someone please let me know why I have paid confirm testing for a day 2 test, when no one actually cares what the result is ??”

“Was very pleased with the professional way our testing and results were handled. Kits were ready for us to use on arrival home. Results were within 24 hours. The price is very competitive too especially if you use the 10% off voucher provided. Have already recommended to two friends so far. Made coming home a little less stressful.”

“Some issues with initial clarity on comms, date kits will arrive for example, was a little lacking but customer service responses to my questions were excellent,for all testing providers to remember customers are confused and anxious about what needs to be done when etc so comms really important.tests arrived I time,good instructions and easy to use. Much better than other test providers I've interacted with such as Dante”

“The tests were really easy to understand. I got the results the next day. So all good. However, the only problem was that the tests arrived at my house before I did. Luckily I have a flat mate who was at home. Please only send the test kits after people arrive in the country.”
