“We used Confirm Testing in June after a week in France to check on our long neglected house there. Very easy to fill out form online (helps to have your NI number). We ordered them the day before we left France and the Day 2 and Day 8 testing packs had arrived when we got home two days later. Easy to use and easy to repack and send off at any Priority Post Box. Would use again. 1st time users get a 10% discount.....great help, thanks.”

“Ordering and delivery of the day 2, 5 & 8 test was excellent. Delivery by DPD. Return tests is by Royal Mail 24 hrs using a Priority post box. This means at least 48hrs at the earliest before any result as Confirmed take between 24 and 48 hrs to process test from receipt. Posting and processor a weekend is terrible. Our day 5 test was posted 8am Sat and results not received until Tues morning. 4 days!!!. It appears no processing is carried out overnight or weekends. Beware.”

Dear Jonathan, You are correct in that no processing is carried out on the weekend, by Royal Mail. We, however, and our lab, work 24/7. If you had sent it on Saturday in an area with weekend pickup by Royal Mail, then it would have been delivered to the lab on Monday and processed for testing, with results being released within 24 hours of receipt at the lab. Dear Abdellatif, I am unsure what delay you are speaking of. You sent your sample on the 3rd (a Saturday). Royal Mail does not deliver anything on Sundays. Your sample arrived at the lab on Monday, was booked in for testing at 05/07/2021 12:23 and results received the same day on 05/07/2021 21:25. Your results were turned around in 9 hours. Dear Fiona, I am unsure what you mean. You registered your Day 5 sample on 28/06/2021 12:30, it arrived the next day at the lab on 29/06/2021 11:07, and results were sent the same day on 29/06/2021 20:12. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing
