“Both day 2 and day 8 test results were delivered only 96h after I took the tests, meaning I was forced to isolate for longer than necessary and the 24-48h turnaround promised was not delivered on at all. Poor communication throughout, customer feedback was an automated message. I'm going with a different test provider for my next travels.”

“My response is based on my experiences in Belgium. I have a second residence in the U.K. Slow response in providing results. I expect a response with8n 24 hours, irrespective of weekends. No response to emails.”

“We were very pleased with the delivery and information regarding our tests. Everything was very straight forward. We were very disappointed in the time it took to get the test results back. Our last test on day 8 was taken and posted Friday morning and we didn’t receive the negative result until Tuesday afternoon. As we were only in England for 2 weeks and had important business to attend to this was very annoying. Having paid £190 for each test We would have expected a better service for the amount of money paid. When We have to travel to England again in the next few months we will look elsewhere and hopefully find a company that works 24/7.”

“I have forgotten to register my day 8 test at the time of taking it and had to do it a couple of days later when results didn't arrive on time. It might be handy to place a reminder to register the test more prominently on the parcel itself. Also it was not easy to get through by phone. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service.”

“I read some negative reviews but I cannot fault Confirm. Test kits arrived on time. Day 2 results emailed to me on day 4 and day 8 results emailed on day 11. A little later than I would have hoped for hence 4 stars. I will definitely use Confirm again which is probably the best review I could leave.”

“The tests results come out rather late. I didn't receive my 8th day test result before day 10 and had to stay in quarantine one additional day. Also would have been better if both test kits came together.”
