“Good service. Although i sent two samples at the same time -day 5test : results for one were received 3am on day 7 and tge other 9 am on day 7. Was expecting them on day 6. But tgey were delivered within 24 hrs limit after receiving my samples. Good service, customer service very friendly. Overall satisfied”

“All tests delivered by Confirm Testing on time. Day 2 tests was not picked up by Royal mail until 24hrs later hence we had results in not 24-48 hrs but in 3 days time. With above in mind, we had taken the Day 5 Test to release to the Saffron Walden laboratory and received the results within 8hrs. We will be deffo recommending Confirm Testing to all our friends who plan to travel to/from UK during these crazy times.”

“Brilliant today (5th day test) which was the most important one. Dropped off at 10.30 this morning and results back at 4pm. 2nd day test result arrived this morning but not so important.”

“I purchased a test to release and dropped off my sample at the clinic as I didn't want to face a delay with the mail, I ended up getting the result the next day, less than 24 hours of dropping off the sample. Highly recommend!”

Dear Carmen, We have responded to your email about this. It appears you did not select the right test for what you needed, which was a PCR test to confirm your COVID infection status. You selected an antibody test which confirms the presence of antibodies at least 2 weeks post infection. It does not confirm a current infection status. This is why you received the result you received. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“I won’t use the service again, it took too long to get the results of my test to release, so I feel like I wasted money. I tested on Friday and posted it before 10am, the lab got my test at around 10am of Saturday, but the result was only confirmed at 3pm on Sunday. I contacted the company by email and the customer service was very friendly, but when I called on Sunday morning, the person on the phone wasn’t friendly at all.”

“Excellent service throughout, everyone very pleasant and very efficient in all communications. One area that I feel could be addressed is the speed of the return of the 5 day test result. I posted my test on Friday but didn’t get the email result until mid afternoon on Sunday which effectively is then day 7 before being able to be released from quarantine. It also came through to my junk mail. I think it would be well worthwhile looking into giving the day 5 a top priority in getting the result through quicker.”
