“On return from Netherlands and good service from all previous providers , I bought my day 2 and 8 kit from confirm. My day 2 kit was delivered on time but the results were late. The day 8 test was delivered and sent back on the correct day but I have never had a result. Was unable to get through to confirm so had a test done elsewhere. In short your service was despicable and a rip off. I do not wish to have any further communication with your company”

“The test centre was easy to find and although we were an hour early, the test was carried out straight away. The results arrived within the specified time. The staff were helpful and polite and the centre was clean. Although I feel that all these tests are expensive this one was not as expensive as some others that I looked at.”

“Seamless process. Ordered and delivered to a shop close by ready to pick up on return and packaging ready to pop in a royal mail box. Results 2 dats later. Fab service”

“As a start, I was waiting for day 2 test results for 6 days. I've called call center and Thu guy on the phone did talked to me in really sarcastic way, he was quite rode. I have never received day 8 test results. Apparently I have not registered, but I did register for sure. I have asked for compensation, didn't get any.”

“I bought a Day 2 and Day 8 Covid testing package from Confirm Testing for a friend visiting from Germany. The tests arrived quickly after purchase. The packaging and instructions were clear and the tests easy to use, and the tests easily posted at a Priority Postbox up the road from me. The results came back very quickly and we were very happy with the whole service from Confirm.”

“The testing instructions process were easy to follow and the deliveries arrived on time. I would have given 5 stars, but I never received an email for the results of my third and final test. I had been expecting an email, as I had received one for each of my previous two tests, so after a couple of days I went looking for it through the online portal. That was easy enough, but it would be more convenient and less frustrating if the process of reading the results was the same for each test.”

“Delivery of day 2 test great no problems took my test on a Sunday got my result on the Wednesday at 14.00, which wasn’t that fast, which meant I had to take another test to fly back to Spain on the Tuesday.”
