I've been quarantined at home since my return to the UK on 02/04/2021 (almost 7 weeks.....). I would very much appreciate the results of my day 8 test. Maybe you should email me the test result prior to sending me an email with a request to review your service...... Just a thought.... Also, I've never had a response from you when I've tried to get in contact.

Dear Guy, We're sorry to hear of your experience. I have investigated your order, and it does appear that Royal Mail delayed delivering your sample to the lab, which in turn delayed the result to you. However, it appears you did not register your Day 8 result which is why you did not receive the result. We have been in contact with you to resolve this and you have now received both results. Everything was fine, thank you. Please just answer the questions accurately because there was an incident when you sent inaccurate answer about who should/shouldn’t do the test after arriving in the UK. Other than that everything was perfect thank you🌹

Dear Mohammad, Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service. I have checked the details of your order and it appears the delay occurred because you had posted your sample back to the lab on a Saturday likely in an area that does not have Priority Box pickup on the weekend, which meant that the Royal Mail did not pick up your sample till Monday. We did deliver results to you on Tuesday, so there was no delay on our end, but I can understand how this was disappointing to you. We hope this helps clarify why the delay occurred. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Due to some error in entering the details we made a little mistake. I tried to ring the number, I was kept on hold for nearly 45 minutes and it was just put down without answering. This happened twice. I wrote emails too which was not responded. I only received automated email saying you received my email. I was not happy with the service. We did receive the home testing kit on time via DHL delivery which was superb and also a prepaid Royalmail envelopes to return the swabs. I was happy with this. Thanks

Dear Shakuntala, We're sorry you were disappointed with the service. I have looked into your order, and while the other person on your order had registered both barcodes and results were sent on time, there was only a Day 2 barcode registered for the other record. We have no emails from you, but I am sorry if your call was not answered. Our system does not usually allow a call on hold for longer than 20 minutes as it usually diverts to voicemail after this. We're sorry if this was not the case in your experience. Our current average waiting time is 10 seconds and we aim to take all calls we get to customer service as quickly as possible. Not happy at all!!! Paying £190 first test we sent off never came back the result I didn’t even sent off the second one as there was no point at all.... I mean are we after the money or actually want to know if people who arrived in the country are carrying Covid or not

We also had no prior communication from you that you had not received your results. We would have been happy to remedy this for you and register and retrieve your results. Waste of money to order tests from them. I never get the result and I paid 190 pounds for 2 tests and no results sent back to me. So I had to take another test from another company.

The first rejected result was sent to you on Tue, Apr 20, 2:01 PM. We then sent you results on Wed, Apr 21, 7:30 AM for your subsequent tests.
