“Booked my day 5 test with Confirm and had a much better experience compared to the company I booked days 2 & 8. Test came in safe/protective packaging, with accurate and comprehensive instructions and better quality thin swab (not the thick cotton that most use). Easy and straightforward registration, next day results, no issues.”

Dear Daniel, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. We do state on the webpage that we aim to get Day 5 results to you by day 6-7. With the 'swab at home tests', time factors need to be taken into consideration for delivery, booking in and then testing at the laboratory. For faster results, we suggest booking an in-clinic appointment which removes the time it takes to deliver. Wishing you continued health. Confirm Testing

“Very reasonably priced for day 5 test to release got 2 kits from confirm for the same price some other places are charging for 1! Send swabs off yesterday for 5pm collection had negative result in my email before 5pm today. Can't fault the service at all.”
