Dear Graham, Had you checked your spam folder? We advise in emails to always check the spam folder as the results are sent from an automated system and mail providers like Hotmail sometimes mark it as spam. Your results were sent to you on 06 Aug 07:32 according to our system. I have forwarded them to you again. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“Tests arrived on time. However I was waiting for the results for ages. I sent sample as a priority but it doesn’t seem they were treated as priority. I was self isolating after travelling even more days than supposed to. Day 2 result arrived in 4 days, but day 8 was so delayed so I had to sit at home extra 3 days. 5 days for the result to arrive?? I have never seen that long waiting time. It’s usually UP TO 3 days, and arriving even earlier. But this literally was ruining all the plans, like you never know when they will send it. 10 days self isolation after travelling? Forget about it, you will be sitting at home for 2 weeks.”

“On description when I buy the test it s says that the results will came next day until midnight. This did not happend, the first result came on the 4 th day after and so. I am very disappointed.”

“Excellent service. Ordered the tests whilst away, they were delivered the following day. Easy to use, concise instructions. Used a priority postbox which said they would be collected the Sunday (they weren't but that's Royal Mail for you) Excellent communication from Confirm, great guidance on the phone. Highly recommend for peace if mind.”

“I had to go to Spain as my father sadly passed away suddenly and I had no idea what tests I needed to re enter the uk I am so pleased to have found confirm testing really helpful easy to use website and reasonably priced even a useful telephone number if your not sure how to do the day two testing which they explain for you step by step So thank you confirm testing for helping me when I needed it and making it as stress free as possible”

“Scammers BEWARE RIP OFF!!! Day 2 arrives day 5 so pointless so I said refund and got told basically you got what document you require to fly so who cares??? Nothing you can do legally it’s a scam pay £59.99 just so you get booking ref to be able to get on a flight it’s all a moneymaking scam that the Uk government allows. NO REFUND BASICALLY TOLD GO AWAY YOU GOT HOME DIDNT YOU SO STOP MOANING”

“Test kit (for day 2 test) arrived on time and was returned via Royal Mail on day 1. It then took about 3 days to get the result back. As I didn't have to isolate (double vaccinated & returning from amber list country) the lab response time was of lesser importance to me than the price for the test - which was £39. Overall a positive experience & would use this company again in the future.”

“I ordered my test to release kit on a Saturday lunchtime; my test to release day 5 was on Monday. The kit was not delivered until Tuesday afternoon. I processed the kit immediately, but got my negative result late on Thursday afternoon - ironically the same day I had to take my day eight test. Too slow by half. Try a walk in clinic rather than rely on this company.”
