“Great registration process, easy and do the heavy work for you. Only issue is using Royal Mail for samples - not bad for Day 2 & 8 but Test to Release would like more reliable option.”

“My test to release day 5 swab was posted to a priority postbox on Saturday morning 24.07. I did not receive the results until the following Tuesday afternoon. This was a disaster for me as it meant I was 9 days in quarantine instead of 5(6). It was an expensive package at 165.00 GBP.”

“Excellent service and price was competitive! Needed to have a PCR test for travel to Greece and then two tests on my return (Day 2 and day 8) - All the testing equipment was delivered to my home address through the letterbox without any issue. Once I'd read the instructions and packaged the tests up as described - sample tube, inside the sealed bag, inside the box, inside the posting bag - it was dropped off at the local post office and results were received by email and SMS.”

“The conformation code didn’t come through immediately after booking. I also still have not yet received my covid test result which I sent off on Monday. Nobody picks up the telephone on the helpline and and I haven’t had a response to my email asking for a covid test result. The first time I booked the test with you it was better.”

“Day 2 test took 5 days for result Day 5 test for early release failed but explanation Day 8 test took 2 days - after I had complained about day 2 and day 5 All in all mixed it was not that impressive”

“Confirm testing were one of the cheaper options available and everything arrived swiftly and on time. There were no issues with results on any of the tests either. However it did take a couple of days to get them. A good service I would use again.”
