“I had a problem reading accurately the test code for the PLF. This caused some panic but this was resolved satisfactorly after an email. It was disappointing though that the phone went to voice mail!”

“I booked the tests first because the price was very fair compare to other services. I then saw some of the reviews which made me slightly concerned. But everything went very smoothly, got the tests on time and most important got the results in an expected time. Most critical one was test to release - send it off on day 5 got the results in the night between day 6-7 (same time frame for day 2 test) so for a postage test perfectly fine. Highly recommended. Only missing aspect the tracking of the test - you don’t get a confirmation that tests arrived in the lap. So no information until one receive the results but besides that great service which I can only recommend!”

“Did my test to release with Confirm Testing. Got my results within 36 hours of posting and about 8 hours of it arriving at the lab. I emailed them when I was concerned (impatient!) and they were very prompt to respond & helpful. I would use their service for covid testing again.”
