“Test 2,5&8 arrived within 48 hours of ordering them. Results for each test were back within 48 hours of sending them. Did exactly what was promised.”

“I booked a fit to fly test to fit with my flight, which unfortunately the airline changed! Confirm Testing were great, whilst they didnt have a confirmed slot for later in the day to conform with the 72hr requirement they said turn up after 1530hrs and we'll fit you in. 1530hrs turned up, was expected and straight in - and the big negative result recieved in less than 24hrs - great job. Shall use for all my travel requirements henceforth.”

“They lost my „test to release” and only sent me my result on day 9 after I have already paid for another test locally as I had to go back to work. I still havent received a result from day 8 test (it was month ago) Not helpful and difficult to contact customer service. Avoid!”

Dear Lukasz, I have looked into your order and found the following: For Day 5, you registered your swab on a Saturday, at 26/06/2021 05:45. Royal Mail does not process non-NHS testing samples on weekends. Therefore they picked up and processed your sample on the Monday and it was delivered to our lab on 30/06/2021 00:45 and results released on 30/06/2021 09:56. We did not lose this sample, but there was a Royal Mail delay which is out of our hands. As for your Day 8, you never registered your Day 8 barcode therefore the result was not sent out. If you register your barcode, like you had with your Day 2 and Day 5, you will be able to retrieve your result automatically. As for customer service, I'm sorry you feel we have not helped you. You sent us an email on 09 Jul 19:44 to which we replied on 10 Jul 09:36, and your only reply after that was that you wanted to leave a review. “WE booked the Green day 2 tests while on holiday - tests were waiting for us on return. Tests were easy to do and well explained. Posted back with label at our local postbox. Received e-mail with result on the day we expected (bearing in mind weekend in the middle). Will use them again.”
