“To keep the price down postage isn’t as quick as you’d ideally want it, I paid £60 and took the test on the morning of the 5th day and didn’t get my result back until the morning of the 7th, you can pay extra for faster postage but you’d need someone to get stamps for you if you want to release on day 6.”

“Simple to order & received next day. After reading some negative reviews I was hesitant in the timeliness, however I took my test early on a Thursday, posted it before 9am & had the results, late evening on my Day 6. One comment would be, that a receipt of acknowledgement would be helpful, but overall, impressed with the service.”

“The timing for test to release test is very critical and our results did not come through until day 8 far too slow for the expensive price of £60 for this test. Royal Mail not to blame as our fit to fly and day 2 test from another provider came through the next day. It would also be good to have a communication that you have the tests at your lab but I suspect this will only highlight your expensive and slow service. Would not recommend and would not use again.”

“I ordered my day 5 Test to Release kit from Confirm Testing. There are now so many providers out there but I wanted to purchase the kit from a reputable provider that did not charge such an extortionate price. The testing kit was reasonably priced and the kit was delivered quickly and efficiently, in fact days prior to my arrival back in the UK. The results were received back just as quickly on day 6. I only wish I had purchased my day 2 and 8 tests from Confirm Testing too - the day 2 test I purchased from another provider was delivered late (on day 4) and at the time of writing (day 6) I still haven't received the test results back! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Confirm Testing for travel/fit to fly COVID home tests.”

Unfortunately, your order was one directly impacted by the lack of delivery service over the weekend. As we rely on third parties to transport testing kits and swabs around the country, there can be some delays involved that are beyond our control. Once your swab did reach our laboratory, we had it tested and results to you in under 6 hours. “My husband phoned to check on the progress of his 5 day release test. It was apparently being tested as they spoke and the result email appeared a few hours later. .But no sign of mine, tested and posted at the same time.”
