“Rang for advice initially before booking due to when we returned from abroad at a weekend we were travelling to a new destination in the UK, not returning home. We booked the day 2 test and then sent a separate email asking for it to be delivered to our first stop location the day before. This they did, and we did the test and posted it off on day 1. Excellent service, they did exactly as requested. Really pleased and also happy that it came back negative with 24hrs of their receipt.”

“We issued the test samples on Tuesday 20th July and still awaiting the results... One of the boxes came without the prepaid postage sticker and sent the 2 samples in one box. All payed in advance and never hard from the client support team. Lucky us we did not need the results to get back to work.”
