“Confirm antigen test is easy and reliable. However! The French immigration control at Dover were not impressed, insisting on PCR test. I had to argue my case with them. I eventually won, so they found another reason to deny my ferry crossing. Trapped on our Island, I would have driven through France for just 30mins. All the same, well done Confirm Testing”

“Very disappointed at the turnaround time. I paid for a day 2, 5 and 8 test. The day 5 test result did not come back until the afternoon of day 8 by which time it was too late! I emailed to complain but did not get any money refunded or a credit note”

“There product and service is pretty straight forward, prices are not cheaper then the others. no discount for frequent customer’s or businesses, thats a shame. We have used Confirm testing since day 2 & 8 became an obligation.. 2x day 2 and 8 kits a week and still on going. (Some discounts at one point would welcome 😅) Not always without issues. But always worked in the end. I recommend to phone, as the people from the chat box are not as efficient from my experience.”

“They were late for both my tests. I could not leave the house because they delivered my tests days later. I had to call them to get my results. I do mot recommend”
