Dear Matias, The Same Day results for other companies cost at least three times what the at-home product costs. You purchased an at-home product and the timeline is all clearly stated on the website. You used Royal Mail to deliver the sample back to the lab so the earliest it would have gotten to the lab is already on Day 6, and then it needs to undergo hours long testing procedures. We state all of the timelines on our website prior to purchase. If you required a same day result, you would have needed to book an in clinic appointment. “I have paid for day2and day 8 covid tests and realise test too, even after a day 5 I was expecting results back at least in 24 h, in another case why I need to realise test and wait till my day 8, NHS tests commit g back in 24 hours and is for free.”

Dear Judita, The NHS tests are different and for symptomatic people. The Day 2 Day 8 tests are for international arrivals and undergo genomic sequencing for positive results. We do offer 24 hour turnaround from the time the sample is tested, same as the NHS. However the sample needs to reach the lab first, which if you are using Royal Mail would require an extra day for posting. We offer sample drop off at our clinic if customers wish to avoid any possible Royal Mail delay. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Mashal, Sorry to see you are disappointed. It appears that Royal Mail had held a lot of the samples they received on Monday and did not deliver them to our lab till Wednesday. We are investigating this issue with them, but this caused your sample to arrive on the 7th instead of the 6th which caused a further delay to your result. We advise for TTR for customers to drop off their samples at our clinic or use a courier to deliver the sample to the lab if the result is urgent. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“Their Web pages are easy to navigate and their price for the test to release was not as criminally high as other providers, which is the only reason why I haven't given them zero stars. I received my test to release results on day 9 - four days after having posted my test with express Royal mail. This whole testing scheme is a hoax.”

Dear Sara, Sorry you feel this way. You sent your sample on a Sunday, when Royal Mail does not process mail (they may pick up in some areas, but they only send them to the local depot, they do not process them for delivery). This means your parcel was processed on Monday, delivered to the lab on Tuesday, and then had to be tested and you received the result the next day. I hope this better clarifies the timeline of your results. We advise customers not to purchase or post TTR if it falls on a Sunday and to opt for an in-clinic appointment instead, which we also offer. Alternatively, we also offer drop offs at our clinic. “Very clear instructions in the boxes. My day 5 test results took 30 hours to arrive ( after having been received by Confirm). This is far too long in my view. It meant my ‘release’ happened around 9pm onthe end of day 7. My day 2 result came just 14 hours after Confirm received it. So, some improvement needed in turnaround times.”

Dear Christakis, Your results were issued within our 24 hour stated timeline. When you see "delivered" on the Royal Mail tracking, that just indicates the time it has arrived at the local depot. Royal Mail then makes several batches of deliveries to the lab throughout the day. Your sample was booked in on 06/07/2021 20:37 and the result rendered on 07/07/2021 20:11, which is within 24 hours. We apologise if this felt too long. We do advise customers to drop off the samples at our clinic to avoid any Royal Mail delay when it is a TTR sample. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“Very pleased with tests very helpful if you need it .i would not recommend having a 5 day test to release if your 5 days fall on a weekend .check yourself when quarantine starts it is not your day of travel .that is not confirmtesting fault”

“Terrible, it's now 7.30pm on day 8 and we are still waiting for 3 out of 4 of our results. Complete waste of Money and when we call up we get a different story each time. We called on the afternoon of Day 7 to chase at around 3pm and we were told that the tests had been received and were on their way to the lab. We called on the afternoon of day 8 to chase again and this time we were told that they hadn't received the tests until 8pm the previous day and it could take 48 hours. Which would take us to the evening of day 9.”

“Paid the extra money for day 5 ‘release’ - my husband received his negative release email 30 minutes after midnight on day 6 but nothing for me!! Both tests done, registered and posted before 8am, in same post box, at the same time, but no email for me!!!! My advice - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!”

Dear Lynda, Your result was sent to you on Today 20:36. While test kits may be posted at the same time, it does not mean Royal Mail delivers them at the same time since they are all in separate packages. Royal Mail batches deliveries to the lab throughout the day to deal with the volume they receive. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing
